Once again, an issue of the interactive digital magazine Qore is being offered for free. The first time it was offered to all PlayStation Network account holders was in December of last year, only 4 months ago! I thought this thing was terrible as a paid subscription service to begin with. Let us hope that this is a sign of a slow but definite transition for Qore, that this disaster is going to be offered for free indefinitely.
It's great only when it's free. Download it so you can understand that fact.
