So when are we going to get Pokemon Soccer?
If you like Pokemon, you'd like any Pokemon games... It's sad but it's true. Pokemon Pinball is all about catching all of them cute critters... using a Poke Ball inside a pinball machine! There are two tables to choose from: Ruby and Sapphire and you have to trigger the appearance of a Pokemon by hitting the proper targets and then you have to actually hit the Pokemon several times with the Poke Ball. It's pretty addicting but it is also very repetitive. There is a shop where you can buy upgrades that will have significant impacts on your performance. Then, there are the bonus tables but there are just not enough of them to create some needed variety while you try to catch all of the 200 Pokemon. That's a lot and to keep staring at the same two tables over and over again doesn't help. Pokemon Pinball is a fun diversion to your regular Poke-hunting but perhaps it should have been a mini game inside a real Pokemon game.

Nice, I just did a review or chatted about Sonic spinball. I've only ever played one pokemon game though.
