*The only playable stage in the demo? A daytime stage! Surprise, surprise... And the daytime stage is hardly a throwback to the Genesis Sonic games and they play more like the speed-obsessed Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS games with very little platforming.

The most exaggerated super move activation sequence ever! I can't help loving it!
Just like the name implied, this is one bizarre fighting game. I am really not familiar with the manga or anime whatsoever, maybe that made the game much more weird for me. The characters have what are called "stands" that look like spirits that they can control. The character designs are very freakish - well, you can even play as a small dog - and the special moves are quite strange but mesmerizing - the character Mariah can shoot massive amounts of projectile from her breasts. I consider this one of Capcom's best fighting games because of its fast gameplay and stunning soundtrack. The disc includes the two versions of the game that were released in the arcades.
