RANDOM GAME OF THE DAY:
Samurai Shodown Tenkaichi Kenkakuden (2006)
Developer: SNK Playmore
Platform: PlayStation 2
Purchase Date: 04/25/2006
Tam Tam arrives at the White House.
SSTK has a huge roster of characters and a number of different play-styles to choose from. The graphics are your typical low-res characters in front of high-res backgrounds that seem to plague both SNK's and Capcom's newer fighters - thank goodness Street Fighter IV is going to change all that. The game is fun and I do need to spend more time playing it. This game is planned to be released in the U.S. as part of an anthology for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo Wii, and the PlayStation Portable.
LIBRARY STATUS: 4 out of 5
