I picked up the Collector's Edition Fallout 3 today. It's definitely packaged nicely and alongside the game, you get a nifty lunchbox that will never ever be used, a Vault Boy bobblehead, a small art book, and a "making of" DVD.
Can't resist the Vault Boy.
